To Learn

Saint Catherine of Siena said, “If you are what you should be, you will set the whole world on fire.” Having gone before us and completed their journeys on Earth, the saints can teach us something about how to be what we should. They weren’t perfect, but they are proof that ordinary people can do extraordinary things when they resolve to follow God’s will. The saints left us a wealth of wisdom in their writings and in the examples of their lives. Why not use it?

I want to learn to apply the wisdom of the saints to everyday life, and I want to share what I learn in hopes that it helps you too.

 

To Improve

It’s easy to get distracted by the busyness of everyday life and to start following my own way instead of God’s. That happens a lot. I hope this blog will help me as well as others stay on the path.
